INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE AND BOTANICALS: QUALITY, SAFETY, EFFICACY, REGULATIONS, PRACTICE

Between professionals and customers of food supplements including botanical ingredients, an increasing need of clear and available information is needed, based on knowledge of regulations, on scientific evidence, on quality certification and constant technical and educational updating. The Working Group on Integrative Medicine, part of the Italian Society for Applied Pharmaceutical Science (SSFA) organized this conference to discuss and address these issues, with renowned speakers from Academia, Industry, Authorities and Professional Associations.
SSFA, an independent, non–profit, scientific association, represents Italy inside IFAPP (International Federation of Associations of Pharmaceutical Physicians).
